Mandarins are cute little sweeties! They're considerably smaller than an orange, and the fruit itself doesn't always fill up the entire peel,which means they're usually very easy to peel. (Note - Mandarins' peel-ability varies from season to season and even from month to month within the same season.) For this reason, mandarins are great for kids' lunches. Not to mention their tangy sweet-tart flavor, which makes them a favorite with kids and parents alike.
These minimally sprayed mandarins are grown using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.
Flavor
Mostly sweet and a little bit tart. Nice and flavorful.
Seeds?
Although you may find an occasional seed, they are seedless.
