UNBLEACHED FLOUR, NATURAL PREMIUM, 50 LB BAG

 This natural white premium flour is an unbleached flour that has the germ and the bran removed from the whole grain wheat. It's made from a blend of hard red wheat and hard white wheat, so it is high in protein and especially suited for bread making. But we've also had great results in using Natural White Flour for pie crusts, cookies, and other pastry-type baked goods.

Ingredients:  unbleached and unbromated wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid
